La Plume will give even the most demanding palates an unforgettable experience, thanks to the intense and refined flavours of our dishes and the scrupolous attention that our staff pays to the choice of ingredients. The varied menu offers meat specialities (coming from a breeding farm that exclusively serves our restaurants), excellent lake and sea fish and traditional Mediterranean dishes. La Plume will astonish every single guest with the variety of its weekly proposals, which focus heavily on seasonal ingredients, but above all with its pizzas, both traditional and gourmet, made with easy to digest dough, starter yeast and stone ground flour. Moreover, we highly recommend the panettone, Easter colomba and Venetian focaccia bread that can be found in the bakery corner of the restaurant, "Boulangerie and Patisserie", at the right times of the year. The wine list offers several excellent choices, including some organic produced wines with spontaneous fermentation, together with a selecion of artisanal Venetian beers.
