So many leavened and baked products by La Plume.
This type of bread-making with sourdough requires a more artisanal and careful approach that Antonio Sciannamea knows well.The results are extraordinary with an authentic flavor and aroma rooted in the long tradition of bread-making.

Our unmistakable Italian-style pizza is made only with carefully selected flours.

The pizza menu is the result of research and passion which, combined with the freshness of local ingredients, fully expresses our philosophy and attitude.

If you’d like to try a contemporary tasting pizza, we recommend our sourdough wheat-ferment pizza.

With a tall and fragrant base, it is prepared with live sourdough starter, enriched by the aromas of buckwheat and spelt.

Among the special creations, you will also find our fried pizza, crafted according to the authentic Neapolitan recipe—perfect for sharing.

 


The refined dessert menu will round off your dinner at La Plume in the best possible way.

You will find typical Italian desserts such as baba or cannolo, or exotic reinterpretations such as ravioli with mango and passion fruit.
